今回の旅の目玉の１つは佐伯で魚。
寿司が有名だというが、お目当ては居酒屋「ひかる」。
って、食べログの評判を見ただけなのだが。
で、入店。結構な賑わいだ。ギリギリでカウンター一席を確保。
なのに、何を思ったか、魚を食べにきたのにも関わらず、博多でとり天を食べなかったことを思い出し、注文。
これが間違いの始まりだった。
このとり天、１人には量が多い！
いきなり腹一杯になってしまった。
大分といえば麦焼酎。ビールから二階堂に替えて、いよいよ魚。まずは鯵。
と、出てきたのは、今日のお昼に食べた量をはるかに上回る鯵のお刺身と、その脇には、なんと、
マグロ中トロが３切！！！えー！？
刺盛りを頼んだわけじゃない。これには参った。
もう食べられない。
で、〆は佐伯名物ごまだしうどん。
これまた参った。うまい。
勝手ながら、マイＢ級グルメでＮｏ．１を差し上げたい。
「あいよ」と気持ちのいい接待の女将さんに店員さんの受け答え。
ここに住みたいくらいの気持ちになった。
