この日は、早々と墓参を済まし、「山のホテル」さんで「極楽露天風呂」を堪能してのホテル入りです。
今回泊まっている「ニューツタヤホテル」さんから徒歩2分ぐらいの場所です。
生ビールとウーロン茶を頼み、
前回の別府泊で戴いた、「りゅうきゅう」から行きます！
「りゅうきゅう」は大分県の郷土料理として有名です。
元々は漁師が捕った魚の保存のために作っていたそうで、「りゅうきゅう」という名称はゴマと和える調理方法の「利休和え」から名付けられた説や、沖縄（琉球）からの伝播説もあります。現在では、多くの居酒屋で提供され、観光客から地元客までがお酒のお供として楽しむ郷土料理として多くの人に愛されているメニューだそうです。
アジやサバ、カンパチ、ブリなどの魚の切り身をタレ（醤油、酒、すりごま、砂糖、小葱、カイワレ、大葉の千切り、おろし生姜など）に漬けものです。
「りゅうきゅう丼」などを出す店もある位ポピュラーな一品です。
この日は「ヒラマサ」でした。
コリコリ食感の残る旨さに焼酎ロックを発注♪
連れ合いがまず頼んだのは「揚げ出汁豆腐」。
その後カウンターに置かれている「おばんざい」のような品から、
ポテトサラダと、キュウリの和え物を戴いて連れ合いが好きな「焼き鳥」屋さんへ♪
