大分県の中津城で有名な中津市に店を構える「筑紫亭」さんに伺いました。

アクセスは、JR日豊本線 中津駅より歩いて10分程です。
福沢通りから路地を入った所に建つ歴史を感じさせる木造の外観です。
1901年創業（明治34年創業）で中津のハモを全国にしらしめたの老舗店の料亭です。
店内は、純和風の重みのある素敵な空間です。
手入れの行き届いている中庭を望みながらの食事です。

筑紫亭さんでは中津名物の豊前海の真鱧のしゃぶしゃぶや四季折々の旬の素材の料理を提供してくれます。
※ 豊前海（ぶぜんかい）にある中津の海はプランクトンが沢山いて養分が豊富な海です。
通常ハモは6月〜9月の美味しいと言われていますが、中津では1年中美味しいハモが穫れるそうです。その中でも、真鱧は骨や身がとても柔らかくて、身は桜色で女王様と言われてるそうです。
○真鱧のしゃぶしゃぶ
昆布の一番出汁の中入れたハモはぼたんの花が開いて、身が柔らかくて旨味があり、とても美味しい一品でした。
すてきな空間で大分県の季節を味わいました。
