地元で捕れる鱧を使い丁寧にお調理された御昼膳をいただきました。
鱧のお鮨は初めていただきました。シャリに木の芽が入っていて、初夏の爽やかな感じがお料理に表現されています。
季節感のあるお料理は本当に素晴らしかったです。
地元ならではの鱧料理を堪能しました。
