日豊本線の食べ歩き
大分県 中津市 の
永しん
に行きました。
中津では、永しん か 磯屋 が寿司では美味しいって言われているみたいです。
今回は 永しんへ
永しんに行った目的の一つはこれです。
プレミア焼酎
「兼八」
兼八があるのも、永しんに行った理由の一つです。
（もちろん、魚もおいしいですよ。）
兼八はやっぱり、香が良くて美味かったですね。
付け出しは、鱈の白子でした。旬ですので濃厚で美味しかったですね。
酒のつまみに、焼きカキ ２個 と 天然ブリカマの塩焼き、茶碗蒸しを注文。
カキは、粒は大きくないですが、その分美味さが凝縮されていて美味かったですね。
ブリカマの塩焼きは、脂がのっていて濃厚ですが、天然ブリだけあって全然生臭くなくて美味かったです。
一杯やって、寿司を注文
ひらまさ、赤貝、あおやぎ、あなご、干瓢巻きを注文しました。
ひらまさはコリコリしてて、カボスがいいアクセントになっていて美味かったですね。
兼八を飲みながら、ウマイ魚が食べれて良かったです。
