大分県中津市にある日本料理のお店です。
前から行ってみたいと思っており、タイミングが合ったことから今回訪問してみました。
2回転制です。
1回目は16時〜。
2回目は19時〜。
自分は16時〜で予約が取れました。19時は満席でしたよ。
コースの料理は下記でした。
1.赤茄子の煮浸し
2.縞鯵の造り
3.クエと鮪
4.鮑の椀物
5.鰻の白焼き
6.牛ヒレカツ
7.烏賊と雲丹の磯部
8.トロ漬けの握り
9.あんかけ
10.御飯 牛ハラミ、昆布〆明太子
11.甘味
わらび餅
シャインマスカット
抹茶アイス
丁寧な仕事が垣間見える料理ですね。綺麗で澄んだお出汁を多用した料理は日本人の心を鷲掴みするんです。
お魚を使った料理がメインでしたね。
縞鯵やクエは非常に美味しい。特にクエは九州ならでは。地物との説明があった。
白焼の鰻は天然物。パリッと皮が焼かれて、芳ばしい。日本酒を呑みながらの白焼きは最高ですね〜。
〆の御飯は一粒一粒が艶やか。ご飯のアテに牛ハラミ焼きや明太子が添えてあったが要らんのよ。このレベルだと御飯だけでいいのよ。そんなことを言いながら、おかわりして2杯目はアテで食べたのであります。
美味しかったね。
