We use Yakiniku (Grilled meat) meat to serve Kappo and Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) dishes, and try to avoid waste as much as possible. We are also prioritizing advance reservations as much as possible to prevent wasted food supplies and waste.

An exquisite dish made with French cuisine bone-in Yakiniku (Grilled meat) beef tail simmered in red wine and red wine and demi-glace sauce from a yakiniku restaurant. This is a dish that can only be tasted at our restaurant.

Beef Toro (triangular meat), a rare part of A5 aged Chiya beef, is grilled like a rare Steak and topped with white onion, Japanese ginger, garlic, and sudachi to create a Tosa-zukuri style. Ginger and beef go well together, so please give it a try.
