平日の19時半頃に1人晩飯で訪問、先客2グループで8人程度。
コロナ禍の平日なのでこんなもんですかね。
カウンター席があるので1人焼肉も気兼ねなく楽しめます。
しかも、千屋牛だし、最高ですね。ちなみに他の岡山ブランド牛有り。
人気の厚切りハラミ、限界ラバー(ミスジの希少部位)、白菜キムチ、角ハイを注文。
タレは味噌風味が強めかな〜
キムチは辛味よりもコクがある味でとっても美味い。
キムチが美味いと肉が美味いという法則があるから、期待大。
厚切りハラミは、ハラミなのに上品な脂をまとっていて美味い。
限界ラバーは上品な甘味のあるとても柔らかい赤身のお肉でこれも美味い。
お肉は、タレにつけずそのまま食べた方が肉そのものの味がよく分かる。
ほんの少し高く感じる人もいるかも知れませんが、肉の品質を考えると、コスパ最高です。
