岡山から倉敷へ、美観地区をたっぷり観光してから早めの夕食でこちらへ。
予約していなかったけれど、一人だからか時間が早目だったからか、幸いに入店出来た。
この店はコースのみで、3,500円、4,500、5,500円の３コースから選べ、あとは追加注文も可能だ。
松 5,500円
生ビール 700円×2
松の前菜は五種、それぞれ決め細やかな仕事がしてあり、クミンなどのスパイスがごく僅かに効いており、何とも舌を唸らせる。
レバーパテやささみなど、特に美味しかった。
それから時間をかけて串焼きをゆっくり出してくれる。はつから始まり、ねぎま、せせり、ささみなど、詳しくは写真を観ていただきたい。
どれも塩ペースだが、黄ニラソースや、香辛料が効いた別のソースなど、客を飽きさせない演出は素晴らしい。
最後の焼き物て出た山芋、これは本当に旨かった！
そして〆は鶏スープ茶漬け。
熱くて、旨くて、こくがあって。
この値段は安すぎます。
