４人で訪問。
「観光で来たのでこの店の沖縄料理と言ったらこれ！」
というお勧めを食べたいと最初に言う。
女性店員さんはちょっと困ったような顔をしていたが
海ブドウ
島らっきょの天ぷら
ヤギ刺し
などを挙げてくれたので、それらを全部注文。
まずは沖縄らしくオリオンの生ビール５００円で乾杯。
続いて泡盛のボトル３０００円を。
店内は厨房をグルリと囲んだようなレイアウト。
中央にカウンターがありテーブルがそれを囲む。
４人用のテーブルは小さめ。
４人で座ったのでちょっと窮屈。
テーブルはすぐ注文の品で埋まっていまいました。
まずは海ぶどう４００円。
カウンターの上の水槽に入っている物を取り出しました。
水槽内の水がトロっとしていて鮮度に問題ありそうですが
食べてみればそれほどの心配なし。プチプチ感は健在。
島らっきょの天ぷら６００円は衣が硬い。
サックリというよりはガッチリという表現が似合う。
一口では食べられないので噛み切ろうとするが中身だけ
すっぽ抜けてしまう。塩気はきつし。
ヤギ刺し１２００円はあまり臭みなし。
観光地しようなのかしら。
本物（←という言い回しは変ですが）はもっと強烈。
島豆腐の冷奴５００円はいい味です。
あの硬さがたまらない。
東京のスーパーで購入するとなんか違うんですよね。
時間経過の差かな？
メニュー価格はどれも○００円という端数なしの価格。
個人的には好きです。
