Grandma Mitsuko is a grandmother who is a great cook and lives in Nakijin Village, which is famous as a village with longevity in Okinawa.She is actually the owner's mother. Reasonably priced as we drive and transport the food ourselves ♪♪ We are particular about home-cooked meals made with Yanbaru ingredients, such as purebred Nakijin Agu pork and Kouri Island octopus, which cost more than double the price in Tokyo, and are safe and secure. I take great care in cooking◎

Among the Yanbaru ingredients, the most noteworthy one is [Nakijin Agu pork] ♪♪ The flavor is on a whole other level than regular Agu! ! Seasoned only with salt from Yagaji Island, [Nakijin Agu Pork Salt-grilled with Soki & Cartilage Soki] is so satisfying to eat that I almost fainted from it! Other than that, the [Handmade Sanmainiku] using Nakijin Awamori, the [Moi Tofu] made with seaweed called Moi, and the [Handmade Sausage] made by Grandma's older brother ``Oji Kimutsu'' are so delicious that you'll be amazed. Yo~^^
