Melt-in-the-mouth deliciousness. Enjoy our specially selected Agu pork shabu shabu shabu shabu with four-month aged Shikwasa ponzu sauce and special sesame sauce. Shabu-shabu made with specially selected Ishigaki beef, which is said to be difficult to obtain, and Agu pork, a rare native Ryukyuan breed. Enjoy local ingredients such as a beautiful colorful flower basket-like assortment of Okinawan vegetables, including purple sweet potato and island carrots, Kamehama noodles, and Zukeran tofu, all with delicious sauces! Our homemade sesame chili oil is also very popular.
