職場の先輩と二人でお邪魔させていただきました。
場所はハイアットリージェンシー那覇さんの目の前にあり看板には
「あぐー豚と特選石垣牛のしゃぶしゃぶ ないとう 別邸」と書いてあり高級感漂うお店だと思っていましたが、店内は普通？というかお家のようでした・・・。
テーブル席とカウンター席があり、店内は結構広いです。
メニューを見て注文したのは、あぐー豚と特選石垣牛のしゃぶしゃぶコース。
石垣牛をしゃぶしゃぶで食べるのは初めてだったのでワクワクでした♪
まずは先出しで海ぶどうやハンダマのサラダがでてきました。
海ぶどうのドレッシングが普通とは違いドラゴンフルーツのドレッシングでした！野菜も新鮮で拘りあるお店なんだなーと思っていたら次に出て来たのがキムチ！！！？？？
特に何の説明もなかったので普通に食べましたが、何故このタイミングでキムチなのかと味も普通のキムチでした・・・。
そしていよいよしゃぶしゃぶです！！
綺麗に盛り付けられてお肉の登場♪
あれ??食べログの写真では部位的にはサーロインっぽい写真だったんだけど・・・赤身の強い部位がでてきた！！店員さんにどこの部位か尋ねるとロースです！と言われましたが、その後別の店員さんに聞くと、イチボですと言われました。
正直サーロインだと思ってたのでテンションが下がってしまいました。
しゃぶしゃぶの出汁やつけだれの味はいたって普通です。
あぐー豚は普通に美味しかったですが、前回ほどの感動はなく、石垣牛は想像とは違ったのでノーコメントで・・・

またもやここで驚きました！！
出汁がそこまで濃いものではなかったのでどうやって食べるのかなと思ったら、まさかのポン酢で食べるとのこと！あぐー豚や石垣牛の出汁もでて美味しいのかと思いまずは一口・・・うん、予想通りの味です。
一口でご馳走様でした。
先出しまではよかったのに、一番メインのしゃぶしゃぶからが残念でした。
ちなみに値段は2人で20000円でした。
