Sushi Tsumugi is headed by Sekiba, who opened the door to the world of sushi at the age of 18. During his time as a sushi chef, he won several sushi competitions. After that, in order to expand his potential as a chef, he trained in fields other than sushi, and became the head chef at the famous Italian Cuisine, which has a series of restaurant restaurants in Tokyo and Kanagawa. Sekiba, who has mastered several food culture techniques, returns to his roots in Okinawa and makes a new start as a sushi chef.
