手打ちのこだわり生麺と丁寧に仕込まれた三枚肉が旨い店
沖縄そばを美味しくたべてもらいたいと、麺は自家製の手打ち麺を2日間寝かせて熟成させた麺を使用。独特な歯ごたえがあるが、強すぎないコシとやわらかな弾力の麺は、じっくり時間をかけて仕上げた透明でスッキリとしていてコクがあるスープとの相性抜群。麺は細麺と太麺の2種類から選べるのもうれしい。売切れ次第閉店なのでお早めに。
