スープの出汁がよくきいてうまい。生姜が乗っていて、アクセントになる。沖縄そばかソーキそばを食べるべし。ソーキそばであれば、ソーキと三枚豚の2種類が楽しめる。麺は太麺がもちもちでおすすめ。、
面がとても美味しい。こだわりを感じる。
