どうもまもるもんです。
お盆休み最終日のランチ、思わぬ苦戦。
１軒目はシェフが休暇で予約取れず。
２軒目は行ってみたらまさかのコロナでお休み。
どうしようかなーとぶらついてたら、ぐるくんカレーの幟発見〜
道の向かいには「えんがん」さんもあるので迷ったけど
ここは冒険、初めてのお店の方へ。
ドアを開けるとお客さんはいない。明るい店内。
ぐるくんカレー８００円をば。
麦茶を飲んで待つ。
来てみたらモズクとお汁がついた、素敵なビジュアルの定食風。嬉しいです。
これがうまい。お汁は味噌仕立ての魚汁かな。
大きな具はないけどしっかりしたこういう味、なかなかないよ〜
モズクも細くて歯応えがある。三杯酢かな、いい塩梅。
ここの調理の人は味覚が良いのでは。
一方で、ぐるくん唐揚げは味がついてないみたい。
「骨まで食べれますよ」って言われてアジシオふって
バリバリ食べました。
カレーとしては業務用の美味しいやつみたいな味だけど、
ご飯も美味しく炊けてるし、満足満足。
ここは地元のお魚がいろいろ食べられるみたい。
釣りの予約もできるみたいで
トイレもキレイだし、おすすめです。
