ANAインターコンチネンタルホテル内にある、鉄板焼 於茂登で夕食です。
ここは鉄板を５～６人ぐらいで囲んで、シェフの鉄板裁きを見ながら食事をするタイプのお店です。
大きなガラス戸の向こうには海を眺めつつ美味しい石垣牛を食べる、なんて贅沢なんでしょうね。
まずは島野菜を焼いて頂いてる間にビールを。
この時は時間も早く私一人でしたのでシェフとのんびりおしゃべりしつつのイッパイは最高ですね。
野菜でも酒のアテになります。
サラダにはドレッシングが選択できるのでモズクドレッシングをオーダー。
これ美味しかったです。
そして肝心のお肉が登場！！テンション上がりますね♪
焼き方はシェフにお任せ。
そして赤ワインをオーダーこれもお任せで頼みましたがとっても美味しかったです。
シェフが丁寧に焼いた石垣牛は最高に美味しいかったです。
シメに頂いたガーリックライスも美味しかった。
すべてのバランスが良く贅沢な時間がすごせました。
