ANAホテル内にある鉄板焼きのお店です。
コースは石垣牛のコースとシーフードコースの料理があります。石垣牛のコースは石垣独特の野菜や海藻類の鉄板焼きと石垣牛で構成されます。石垣牛は霜降りびっしりというジャンルのお肉ではなく、あっさりした味で赤味のお肉自体の味を味わうことのできるお肉です。このため鉄板焼きには非常に向いているお肉だと思います。シーフードコースは、てっきり近海ものの青い魚やヤシガニなんかを丸ごと一匹使った豪快なメインディッシュだろうと勝手に思い込んでいたのですが、実は普通の伊勢海老の半身でちょっとがっかりしました。（勝手に思い込んだ私が悪いんですけどね。。。）
どうもお肉が苦手な方用に用意しているメニューの様です。
