During the off-season. Tonight we had Teppanyaki. It was a satisfying course, using local specialties such as Ishigaki beef, Pandanus orientalis, and Akajin Meebai. We had both sirloin and fillet. It was delicious. There happened to be two separate customers who came and both ate at the grill, so we had a fun time sitting around the teppan ~ Thank you for the meal (•́✧•̀)
