石垣島は成人して初。近くの東横INに宿泊することになったので近くで海鮮が食べられるところがないか、と探して入店しました。
お店はとても繁盛しているようでした。17時過ぎにふらりと入ると、19時までならOKとのこと。
今日は旅疲れもあったのでソフトドリンクで軽く食べよう、と決め、食べたいものと沖縄っぽいものをいくつか注文。
・海ぶどう:本州で食べたものとは歯応えが全然違いました。ぷりっぷりで梅のソースもよく合いました。
・いかのお刺身:とろんと濃厚な味わいでおいしい！！〇〇イカと名前が書いてあったのですが失念…
・ミミガーともやしのあえもの？:ミミガーの食感が美味しい！味付けもよくパクパク食べました
あまりにもどれもおいしいので、予定変更で生ビールを注文。
・豆腐よう:初めて食べましたが、泡盛の味わいが感じられてお酒の当てにぴったりの一品。
・石垣島牛炙り握り:お肉の美味しさ炙り加減どれもよくとろっと無くなりました、、美味。
・そうめんチャンプルー:味付けが良くて美味しかった！家でもやりたいけどこうはならないんだよなぁ等と考えながらぺろりと完食！
ふらっと入ったお店でしたが、どれもこれも美味しくて大満足でした。沖縄料理ってこんなに美味しいんだな、と旅の思い出がまたひとつ増えました＾＾
ご馳走様でした！また行きたいです。
