Kushikatsu was born in Osaka in Showa 46. Currently, it is a high-class kushikatsu place with restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo, and Kobe. We collect high-quality ingredients from the sea, mountains, rivers,
... and fields, and make use of the craftsmanship of a long-established company, and serve them crisply fried in a custom-made copper pot in a healthy pan with flower oil. It can be fried individually, devised a combination, and has plenty of playfulness that is pleasing to the eye.
