With the motto of good quality at low prices, carefully selected beef tongue is thickly cut by our chefs. Aged for about 2 days to enjoy at its best! Two days later, it is carefully and exquisitely grilled over binchotan charcoal. Grilling over charcoal removes excess fat and imparts a fragrant charcoal aroma.
