ぐでんぐでんに酔ってからワインバーに行くべきではありませんネ！
いつもの和伊レストランで大学時代の恩師と会食後、9時過ぎに入店。
私は残念ながら全く記憶になし。 写真も20枚ほど撮っていたがほとんど
がピンボケ！
ワインバーという事からオードブルの盛り合わせ（1,780円)と、

済みません。 1軒目でワイン立ち飲み、2軒目でキアンティをほぼ1人で
1本とビール1杯、飛露喜（冷酒）2杯でよたよた。
なしてこの店に？ 何でまたワイン3杯も？

確か８年ほど前でしたかね？ 酔っ払った挙句、こちらに訪問してワイン
をいただいたのは良いですが、写真がどれもこれもピンボケ、揚句はどう
いうワインだったかも記憶になくワイン初心者の陥るドツボを経験！
あれから８年、何の進歩もなかったですね！ 今回も前回同様のワイン初
心者の陥穽に嵌りましたね。 私の様な初心者に毛の生えたような親父は
判ったふりしてピノ・ノワールだと言えばブルゴーニュだと、メルローだ
とドルドーニュ―川右岸と勝手に推測し高級品だと判断してしまう。
だからピノ・ノワール一杯で2,000円程度と言われると写真地図にもある
コート・ドールを勝手に想像し安いと思って浴びる様に飲んでしまう。
でも長男によると、こちらのお店はそれなりのワインは置かれているとの
事でしたね。 スタッフのワインの知識は豊富ですし専門的な会話にも十
分付き合ってもらえますよ。
でもでも何を飲んだかもさっぱり記憶になく、ただただレシートのみ手元
に --- ！ これは生きているワイン、遡って大地に根付きテロワールに真
摯に向かい合っているブドウに失礼ですね！
次回こそ真のワイン談義に花咲かせたいと念じ --- 今日はこれにて終了！
