久しぶりに大阪で宴席に臨みます。設定された店は当店。案内を見ると大阪駅前第三ビルの最上階。へー、こんなところにまで店があるのかなどと言いつつ今となっては昭和の趣さえ感じられるビルのエレベーターでグイグイと上がって行きました。
エレベーターから吐き出され早速入店。
こちらもまた昭和の趣が感じられるオオバコ和食店といったところでしょうか。お座敷に上がり込むと大きな窓から望む北新地方面のビルの灯りが視界に入ります。
メニューは一応和食コース。２時間一本勝負の飲み放題付きです。ビールはスーパードライの中瓶、その他はウイスキーのソーダ割りをちびちびといただきました。
料理はちょっとした前菜3品、お造り、天ぷら、牛リブロースの陶板焼き、酢の物、煮物、炊き込みご飯にお吸い物。お造りは鮪と鯛？かなりおつかれちゃんに見えます。天ぷらは小さな海老と白魚、野菜がちょっと。固形燃料を使った陶板焼きはいかにも予定調和的。炊き込みご飯は湯葉を使ってあるらしいんですけどどこがどう湯葉なのか判然としませんでした。
という事で正直、全国どこで食べても一緒のいかにもな宴席料理で箸が進みませんでしたわい。
思い返せばここ大阪でもオトナのジジョー的な宴席は何度かこなしておりますが、意外とがんこなんて辺りの方がちゃんとした料理が出されたような気もします。
ま、とにもかくにも差しつ差されつ懇親を深めるのが目的ですからね。細けぇことは気にせず和気藹々と所定の時間を過ごし本番とも言える延長戦に繰り出しました。
そう考えると立地は好適、価格も手ごろとこういうシチュエーションでは使い勝手が良いのかもしれませんね。
