今回は人気メニューのお造り盛り合わせや、せいろ蒸しなどを注文。豚バラ肉と白菜をミルフィーユにしたせいろ蒸しは、高温で一気に火を入れず、じんわりと温めているので、豚肉の柔らかさが一切損なわれておらず、旨味の濃縮したお肉と白菜をいただけました！
