The standard [Wind Course] is 16,500 yen, and the luxurious recommended plan [Japanese Course] is 19,800 yen, which uses plenty of seasonal ingredients. For a banquet, we also recommend the [Tecchiri Course] for 15,400 yen. Dishes change depending on the season and stock availability. We only use fresh fish carefully selected from the central market. We purchase carefully selected seasonal and delicious ingredients, such as vegetables delivered from the owner's mother who is a farmer from Tokunoshima, and Iga rice purchased directly from farmers. The highly recommended dish, ``Kakuni,'' uses island pork purchased from Tokunoshima, the owner's hometown. It is characterized by its rich flavor and soft, gentle texture.
