北新地のランチで、奄美大島の郷土料理を食べることができるので、それをお目当てにランチをしてきました。
お店の隣は、言わずと知れた人気の串かつやさん「串かつ 凡」です。
奄美郷土料理 鶏飯（けいはん） 小鉢・味噌汁・デザート １，０００円
鶏飯は、過去、鹿児島に行ったとき食べたことがあり、
今でも鶏飯の旨味と香りたっぷりスープの衝撃の美味さを忘れられず、
とても、久しぶりなのでとても楽しみです。
ここに、具、薬味などをお好みの量を入れて食べるようになっています。
鶏肉、錦糸卵、椎茸、パパイヤ漬けの具をお好みの量だけ入れて、奄美の郷土料理の味を楽しみます。
昔の記憶を辿りながら盛り付けて、出来上がりです。
彩り良く、とても美味しそう！
鶏の旨味たっぷりのスープと、いろんな具が混ざって楽しい食感と味を楽しめます。
お茶漬け感覚でさらさら～っと軽く食べられて、優しい味わい・・・
しかし、あの時の美味さの衝撃ほどは感じなかった・・・
最後に、ぷるんっとしたチョコレートプリンを頂いて終了。
北新地にある人気店のランチと比べると、ボリュームと質からして、やや割高な感じがするのは否めないが、
奄美大島まで行って鶏飯を食べることを考えると、とても安くお値打ちではないでしょうか・・・
