Our seafood is extremely fresh, sourced from the Bungo Channel in Kyushu. In the Bungo Channel, which is sandwiched between Oita Prefecture in Kyushu and Ehime Prefecture in Shikoku, the fish eat plenty of nutrient-rich shrimp, sardines, and squid while training in the undulating rapids, resulting in a lean body.
