付き出しは、もずくとおからを頂き、
お造りは、鯛、赤貝、関サバ、ボタン海老です。海老の頭は塩焼きで頂き、茶碗蒸しとノドグロの塩焼きまで美味しく頂きました。
お寿司は、剣いか、サヨリの昆布締めはネットリ旨しです。漬けマグロ、りゅうきゅうはさばの昆布締めかな、小肌はあまり好きではないけど、お酢が控えめで旨しです。
雲丹に玉子を頂き、ご馳走さまでした。
