Made with American Black Angus beef rib eye roll. Tender and juicy with a good balance of marbling and lean meat. A whole piece of meat (ribeye roll) is sprinkled with original spices and left to rest for 2 to 3 days. The meat is grilled for about 3 hours at a low temperature to remove excess fat, and then left to rest for 2 to 3 hours to bring out the flavor of the meat to its fullest. The sauce is a smooth sauce made from beef bones that brings out the delicate flavor of the red meat to its fullest.
