JR北新地駅から徒歩約3分の所にある焼肉屋。贅沢食べ比べ会席を頂きました。こちらのお肉は、黒毛和牛のA5ランクの中でもBMS11と12に限定したものを使用している様です。選んだコースは、希少部位を使用した1番人気のコースこ様です。コース内容は、(前菜)ナルムとキムチの盛り合わせ、(刺身)和牛レアステーキ、(塩焼き)上塩タン/ネギ塩タン/タンカルビ、(塩焼き)本日の希少部位でマルシンとシャモジ、(焼きしゃぶ)カメノコを両面それぞれ10秒ほど焼いて、ポン酢ソースで頂く、(握り)和牛炙り握り寿司1貫、(焼きすき)カメノコを両面10秒ずつ焼いて、黄身をつけてトリュフ入りのご飯に巻いて頂く、(タレ焼き)本日の希少部位でマルカワ、リブカブリ、極上ハラミ、(〆)季節の牛肉茶漬けで、牛肉といくらが入ったご飯に熱い出汁を入れて味わう、(デザート)シャーベットとなっています。マルシンは、もも肉の中心の丸い芯の部分でとても柔らかく脂がのってとても美味しい。カメノコは、後ろ脚の付け根付近の肉で、軽く炙って黄身に潜らせてから、トリュフおにぎりに巻いていただいたのですが、赤身の旨みがご飯に絡んで、こちらもとても美味しかったですね。〆のほぼ生の牛肉といくらに熱い出汁をかけて頂く茶漬けも牛肉の旨みと出汁が合わさりとても美味しかったです。希少部位を少しずつ堪能しました。
