『牛寶』、肉好きなら誰もが聞いたことのあるお店です。
一見さんお断りの紹介制、極めつけは、原則として席を持ってる人と一緒でないと行けないことです。
そういう意味では行く事が非常に困難ですね。
味の方はどれも美味しいものばかりでした。
肉をトリミングしていく様は圧巻で、最初の大きさからは想像出来ないくらい小さくなっていきます。
そして、その部分しか使わず、他は捨ててしまうんです。
凄いような勿体ないような・・・
しかし、大将いわく『使える(食べれる)部分はこんなもんですよ』との事でした。
肉好きな私的にはお店が東京に有ったら頻繁に通いたいお店でした。
