以前から気になっていた「寿司惣彩 えんた」さんです。
東梅田にある日興ビル、地下１階の名店街にお店を構えます。
「鎌倉」を注文。
ランチメニュー名にはそれぞれ昔の元号が用いられておりました。

「鎌倉」は、寿司10貫・うどんのセットです。
寿司はどれもネタがやわらかで、米粒はしっかりめの硬さで好み。
好物のサーモンがやや鮮度落ちしていたのは残念でした。
うどんは冷やしも選択することもでき、今回はそちらにしました。
キュッと締まった感じで、錦糸卵と揚げ玉が盛られています。
ほかの方の口コミでは冷凍うどん説がありますが、近年のは美味しいのですねぇ。
ふたつともメインというよりは、うどんは箸休め的な位置づけと思います。

フロアスタッフさんがおしとやか接客。厨房からは元気な声出しあり。

店内は和風な造り。通路が広々と取られています。
BGMはビートルズがメインでした。音量大きめのため単身でも居心地よし。

結構しっかりとした寿司定食でこのお値段はリーズナブルと思います。
