当店発祥の大人気の”焼ふぐ”は、ぷりぷりでふっくらとした食感が特徴です。特製米塩を使ったふぐの旨味を１番感じられる塩味・にんにくの香りとふぐの旨味が相性抜群なにんにく味・しょうゆベースで和風な味付けのたれ味の３種類の味をご用意。贅沢に骨のない身だけを使用した上身・骨付きのあら身・内皮のとうとう身の3種類からお好みの部位をご注文ください。

``Fuguhirezake'' is made by grilling fragrant fins and pouring them hot. The spectacular performance of blue flames is also a must-see. We also offer a wide variety of sake, including Hiroki, which has a sharp aftertaste, and Dassai Niwari Sanbun, which has a refreshing and elegant taste. In addition to standard beers and highballs, we also offer a wide variety of wines and champagnes carefully selected by our in-house sommelier.
Others We are also particular about rice! Uses contract-grown Chinese herbal rice from Tokushima Prefecture.
At our store, we use contract-grown Chinese herbal rice (variety: Akisakari) from Tokushima Prefecture. By using Chinese herbs, we minimize the use of pesticides (more than 75% less than regular rice). The rice is carefully selected to be safe, delicious, and healthy, and is used for rice porridge, blowfish Sushi, and more. This rice is chewy, glossy, beautiful, and delicious.
