高すぎず安すぎず、かつ落ち着いた雰囲気のお店で選んだら、
ムーディーさは必要じゃなかったんだけど、結果的にこちらになりました。
まあでも実際に行ってみるとそこまでムードがある感じでもなかったかな。
焼肉の但馬屋イーマと入口は同じ、お馴染みの牛の像を横目に見て石橋を
渡った右手がLUXE側のフロア、思ったほど独立していなくて､言うならば
ウェイティングルームみたいな、あるいはホテルラウンジ。ソファですし。
ただこの時は頑張って英語で喋らなくてはならずそれでもよかったですが、
ソファって案外食事時はリラックスできないから私はさほど嬉しくないー。
さて頂いたのは、Course Le ciel。
8,000円が期間限定（？）で今なら5,800円で頂ける、とのことです。

今風の肉懐石スタイルのコース。
このお値段で食べられるのはお値打ちだと思います。
お手頃なだけにいろいろ追加やランクアップがあるんですけど、そんなに
押しが強くないのもよかったです。量的には男性には少なめだったみたい
ですが、ゆっくり頂いたからか、その点の物足りなさは感じませんでした。
この日一番！のお味だったのは、五穀米テールスープ。ご飯にかけられて
いて〆のリゾット感覚、優しさと滋味深さを兼ね備えていてどう食べても
美味しかった。他のお料理もトリッパ（臭みを感じました）以外はどれも
もちろん普通には美味しいけど、味だけならそれほど印象に残るものでは
なかったです。創作系は見慣れたのもありますがステーキ、但馬屋さんの
熟成肉「ならでは」の味わいまでは今回も実感できなかったからですかね。
とは言え、全体的な満足度では悪くない、いや十分合格レベル。
ちょっといいところでお食事したい、という時に重宝しそうだと思います。
