In addition to the aged rare value sake and original blend sake that we have collected so far, we will improvise blends and cocktails according to the customer's request and cuisine.
In addition to a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, it is sold for pairing with food, so it is especially recommended for those who have eaten a variety of things and say, "The food is delicious, but the drinks are not enough..."!

In order to enjoy the pairing, we will prepare a "Sake Gem 9 Kinds Ball Box" (3,190 yen) for those who have reserved a seat by the day before, and a "Small Box for the time being" (1,089 yen) for each person who comes to the store on the day of the event. Please enjoy it with a drink unique to the master.

The number of seats has decreased compared to before, including the counter seats (6 people), the kitchen counter seats (2 people) for meals, the table seats (3 people) that are more compact than the old restaurant, and the VIP private room (5 people).
