Teiichi Yuki, my grandfather, is the founder of the famous and long-established Japanese Cuisine ``Kiccho''. We offer authentic kaiseki that follows the tradition of tea kaiseki, as well as tableware, sophisticated space, and a spirit of hospitality. In order to inherit his grandfather's passion for valuing everything, he learned from him the attitude of trying new things while preserving tradition, and continues to uphold this teaching in Yuki. A variety of dishes full of seasonal beauty and flavor. We always incorporate the Japanese spirit, without forgetting to reflect the years.
