なんや灰干しって！史上最強のさばの塩焼き☆
前々から色んな人から聞いてました。
最強の炭焼きがあるって。
ひもので最強ってなんやねん！！て思ってたので行く事に。
旨いもんを食べ過ぎて完全に体調崩してたのでドクターストップが出てる・・・。
この日だけはまぁいいかと朝一で発泡酒をプシュー→最高や。もうええわ。
チャリンコでフラフラ梅田の第４ビルへ。
第１、２、３ビルって結構行くけど、４ビルって行けへんよね。
４ビルだけなんか離れてるし、元々梅田の地下迷うし。
店舗に到着すると水曜日の１３時頃なのに満席。
この激戦区でこれって凄いよね。
熱いのでスポットクーラーまで付ける心優しさ。
周りは半分女性。女性でひものなんやぁ〜。
御飯はほとんどの人が残してる。
定食食べたいけど、御飯いらんねや？？なんでやねん？？
日替わり、サケカマ、つぼ鯛が売り切れとの事。
ほとんどやんけ。
さばを注文。
「さば灰干し定食 ８９０円」
焼き上がりまで８分かかるそう。そんなに細かくわかるんや。
それまでに生ビール一気飲みして待っとく。
最近なんか酒飲めるようになってきた。ストレスが限界超えてる。
出てきた。
なんや、このさばの大きさ！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
でかっっっっっっっっっっ！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
さばってこれくらいの大きさが普通やんなぁ！！！！！！！！！！！
今まで狂ってたわ。
この焼き色凄いな！！うちやったらクレームやわ。
さばもふっくらとしてて脂が凄い。これがさばやな。
味噌汁の大根も死ぬ程ホロッとしてて柔らかく口で溶ける柔らかさ。
御飯もつやつやでしっかりと炊けてて言う事ない。
凄いクオリティやなこれ！！
全魚種制覇しやなあかんくらいの店舗。
