Food What is “Kishu Bincho Charcoal Dried” recommended by Himono Yaro?
The Kishu Binchotan charcoal absorbs only excess water, suppressing oxidation and concentrating the natural flavor of the fish. Enjoy the freshest dried fish made using Kishu's Binchotan charcoal and plum vinegar. There is a wide variety of fish, including horse mackerel, salmon, saury, and mackerel, all of which are full of flavor! Also goes great with alcohol and rice! We offer freshly baked food that is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside!

Delicious dried fish received as a year-end gift will be deliciously grilled using a string grill. We charge 1,100 yen (tax included) per fish. Please make a reservation or inquire by phone by 3:00pm on the same day. We will confirm the species, size, and quantity of fish. Depending on the reservation status and the storage status of the dried fish brought in, we may refuse your request. We do not offer grilling services only. This is limited to those who eat and drink inside the store. Please feel free to contact restaurant.
