誕生月なのでランチでお祝い。
しばらく前にマイレビさんが行っていたお店。
沖縄県産黒毛和牛もも肉90gと車海老2尾のランチコース。コースには先付、サラダ、沖縄野菜と島豆腐と紅芋の鉄板焼、ご飯、漬物、アーサー汁、旬の沖縄野菜炒め、沖縄ぜんざいが付きます。それにアニバーサリープレート♬
先付は青パパイヤの浅漬け。ときどき家でも作りますが鰹節たっぷりかけるとおいしいですね。
サラダは和風ドレッシングとイタリアンドレッシングから選択。和風にしましたが酸味強めでなかなか良き。
紅芋団子の鉄板焼きから提供されました。島豆腐もピーマンなど野菜も鉄板上でカットしながら焼いて、出してくれるのは楽しいですね。ポン酢でいただきます。
メインは海老から出されました。鉄板上で身を殻から外してカットしてまた並べて出されます。先からのポン酢のほか、タルタルソースが出されますが、これめっちゃおいしい。白いけどかなり玉子がちなソースで、ふだんはタルタルは味見程度しか食べないわたしも海老の殻にたっぷり付けていただきました。海老の頭は1人1尾分ずつ圧縮してさらに焼いて海老せんべいにされました。
肉はミディアムレアにしました。もも肉の方は薄切りにカットされ綺麗に並べていただきました。サーロインの方は拍子木みたいな切り方。サーロインの脂は長く鉄板の端で焼かれ細かく切られてお皿に。写真撮っていませんがこれおいしい〜！ あ、もちろんお肉も良かったです。
これでご飯、デザートが出たら終わりかと思ったら、その前にゴーヤーチャンプルーが焼かれました。これはちょっと火を通しすぎたかな。
もともとコースにデザートの沖縄ぜんざい（白玉と粒あん入りのカキ氷）が付いていると思っていなかったので、それは半分だけ食べてアニバーサリープレート。
チョコテリーヌとパイナップルシャーベットとブラウニー。。なんか焦茶ww お腹いっぱいになりました。
コースのコーヒーは美味しくなかったな。
鉄板焼きにランチに行くのはリーズナブルで良いですね。窓辺で明るい席ですが隣のルクアが見えているので、眺望はいい訳ではありません。
