日本酒が豊富な居酒屋さん。
店内は、テーブル席もあるが、小上がりタイプの個室もあり。
個室は、窓側で下が見えるから結構怖い(笑)
そして、席に燗酒用のマシンが付いてるの！
日本酒好きとしては、ワクワク。
まずは、奥播磨。
かなりお酒感あって、色味も黄色。
スタッフさんがすごく説明が上手で、好みを言うとおすすめもしてくれます！
お通し 蟹の茶碗蒸し。
続いて、アテ6点盛り。
セロリ塩昆布和え、トマトおひたし、ほたるいか沖漬け、梅水晶、牛タン時雨煮、酒盗クリームチーズ。
お酒の勧むど定番から、セロリとか変わったものも！
本マグロ刺し3種盛り合わせは、中トロ、大トロ、赤身。
いろいろ少しずつ、盛り合わせになってるのがちょうどいい。
牛タン刺しは、卵を割って絡めて、お醤油つけていただきます。
甘めのお醤油が相性良し◎
メインは、痛風鍋！
牡蠣、白子、あん肝、あんこう、いくら…
冬の美味い奴らがモリモリだ！
スープは甘めの味噌ベース。
魚介から出た旨みが野菜とかにもしみていい味出てる〜✨
めちゃくちゃ具沢山で2人で食べるには十分すぎた。
雑炊とか〆も行きたかったけど、ギブアップ( ；∀；)
しかし、甘いものは別腹。
デザートがてら、大人の日本酒クリームソーダ。
これ、良い♡
入れる日本酒も選べるし、味も3種類。
ちゃんと美味しいし、オススメ✨

あと、スタッフさんの説明が面白くて、作り方とか小難しい話じゃなく、この杜氏は嫁の事が大好きで嫁の名前を付けたんですよ、なんてウンチクを教えてくれるの。
自分でも誰かにドヤ顔で言いたくなる(笑)
