As a member of the Shiga Meat Center Regional Wholesale Market, we have obtained the "buying right" to participate in the auction to buy a whole Omi Beef carcass. I opened a store. Omi beef, which is raised in the rich nature of Lake Biwa, is said to have ``fine texture, sweet fat, and is so delicious that it melts in your mouth.'' In addition, it has a low melting point (the temperature at which fat melts) and is less likely to cause stomach upset, so it can be enjoyed by a wide range of generations, from children to adults.
Food Omi Beef Specialty Restaurant's "Meat" Course
Our restaurant's concept is "Omi Beef x Omi Vegetables," and you can enjoy it at a reasonable price because we buy whole cows. We offer 60 natural Japanese Japanese-style meal made with Omi beef, about 30 Teppan-yaki such as rare cuts of chateaubriand and misuji, and a wide variety of Omi beef ``meat'' Sushi made by our chefs. In addition, our signature meat kappo course, which includes Omi beef Steak and Omi beef hotpot, has been well received by many customers.
