こちらは日本で滅多に出会えない、スペイン・バスク地方の郷土料理の数々 魚介のピルピル、所謂、オリーブオイル煮、高級生ハム、ベジョータ やスペイン産のフルーツ酒やオリジナルカクテル、お料理に合う日本酒などドリンクも豊富にラインナップ。
吾輩は以下を堪能。
炎のカシスオレンジ は稲妻の様なダークブルーの光彩のイリュージョンの演出が目にも楽しいエンタメ性抜群のドリンク。
ラスパドゥーラのチーズは0.7ミリの極薄にスライスしたかなりソフトな食感のイタリア産チーズ！
生ハム盛り合わせはプロシュット・ディ・パルマ、ハモンイベリコ・デ・ベジョータの2種を 食べ比べ。
そして小鉢に入った細長いものは生ハムを巻いて食べる専用のパンでサクサクした独特の歯応えです。
ジグネチャーメニューのピルピルは
蟹の甲羅を添えてゴージャスにset up
魚介のオリーブオイル煮で スペイン・バスク地方の伝統料理。 オイルをソース状になるまで撹拌 しながら長時間熱を加え、鱈の白子をオリーブオイルで乳化させてコラーゲンを抽出する料理。
熱を帯びたバゲットに浸していただくと止まらぬ味わい。
岡山産マッシュルームの鉄板焼きは
肉厚のマッシュルームは歯応えもあり、ほんのりスパイシーな味付けでgood！
スペインの酒場を彷彿とさせるノスタルジアな雰囲気と空気感。
