At ``Narihan,'' we purchase fresh seafood from all over the country, mainly from Minoshima Fishing Port in Wakayama Prefecture. All of them are of high quality with a focus on freshness. In addition, the owner personally goes out to purchase the ingredients and discerns the best seasonal ingredients. We serve carefully selected fish with a keen eye for Japanese-style meal dishes. Our specialty is freshly cooked "earthen pot rice". Regarding rice, we use brands carefully selected by first-class masters. The water used is Nanki Shirahama's famous water ``Tomita no Mizu''. And the clay pot is a custom-made item from Shigaraki. We had them rework it until we were satisfied with it. In the course, you can enjoy earthen pot rice made with seasonal ingredients.
