この日は久しぶりに
夫婦で結婚記念日ランチ。
前から気になっていたコチラのお店に
やって来ました。
ハービスPLAZAの1Fに入っているお店です。
地下駐車場からEVで直行出来る
アクセスの良さです。
特徴的なパンが有名なお店です。
ポップオーバーと言うそうです。
爆発的なパンです。笑
言葉の通り、爆発しています。
ブロッコリー形状です。笑
さて、ランチコース＠5,800円を。
●鶏胸肉、桜ビーツ
●ポップオーバー
●桜鯛の炙り、バルサミコソース
●チキンブイヨンベースのカリフラワースープ
●熟成肉ステーキ200gチミチュリソース
●小豆のアイス、チーズケーキ
●コーヒー
と一通りフルコースで出てきます。
やっぱり目を惹くのはセカンドに出てくる
ポップオーバーです。
ブロッコリー丸々みたいな形をしていて
かなりのボリューム？！と少したじろぎますが、
中を割ってみると空洞なので
ペロリと食べれてしまいます。
バターをつけて頂くと、
ふんわりとした食感と
外側の固い部分とで味があって、
めちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
勿論、メインのステーキはエイジドで
しっかりと肉の味わいがして美味しかったです。
ちょっとした贅沢なランチを過ごしたいときには
是非とおすすめ出来るお店でした。
