珍しいデザートが食べたくなり、台湾料理のお店に入りました。
メニューを見てみると、モーニング、ランチ、スイーツ、ディナーとあらゆる時間帯の食事が楽しめるようです。
私のお目当ては台湾スイーツの豆花(トゥファ)です。
豆花は、豆乳を固めたもの。
豆花の中でも1番人気のユーエントゥファを選びました。ユーエントゥファは、サツマイモと紫芋の団子、小豆、ピーナッツが乗ったバラエティー豊かな豆花です。
メニューに冷か温か選べると書いてあったので、温と伝えたら、今は冷たいのしかないんですよとの事^^;
まぁ、冷たいのでもいいのでそれを注文し、ドリンクはタピオカミルクティーのこれまた冷たいものを注文しました。
先ずはタピオカミルクティーが来ました！
あれ！？メニューの写真とタピオカの位置が違う！？
あっ、タピオカは重さで沈んだんですねw
ストローでタピオカを吸います。
もちもちしてて美味しい♬
流行など関係なく、美味しいものはずっと美味しい♬
続いて豆花が来ました！
思っていたより大きい！！
ラーメン丼と茶碗の中間位の大きさです！！
先ずは茶色いかき氷のような部分からいただきます。
甘いかき氷です。冷たくて、体が直ぐに冷えます♪
一緒に注文したタピオカミルクティーも冷たいので、
体が芯から冷えてきました。
続いて紫芋の団子を食べてみます。
もちもちしてて、これまた美味しい♬
ピーナッツや小豆はヘルシーでとっても良いですね。何よりも、豆花は甘さ控えめで他の具を引き立てて美味しい。しかも丼にずっしりと入ってる！！
か〜な〜りお腹がいっぱいになりました！
こんなにヘルシーなスイーツを食べてる台湾の女性たちはスタイルが良いわけです。
