A nice restaurant in Nakazakicho. I've seen it a lot on Instagram recently, and the courses under 10,000 yen seem to be attractive, so I made a reservation with a gourmet friend. The course started with ★Seasonal steamed vegetables Brussels sprouts, sweet potato, sweet palermo, winged beans, makomodake, white shimeji mushrooms, okahijiki, red kururi radish. They are wrapped in film and cooked, so you can directly taste the vegetables. ★Shimeji potage A slight bitterness from the olive oil. Creamy potage ★BCB cutlet sandwich Short for bamboo charcoal beef A soft beef cutlet sandwiched between bamboo charcoal bread. This is delicious. ★Ayu confit with cucumber sauce Ayu has a unique grassy aroma, so cucumber sauce goes well with it. It's a shame that the bones were hard even though it was confit. ★Fried scallops Fried scallops are delicious. A gentle taste with broad bean cream sauce. ★Nagano-produced Haneshita beef Sushi, seared over a burner and topped with sea urchin.
