スタートが豪華な箸休め？前菜も兼ねた手の込んだ逸品を鉄板焼きの合間に食すスタイル。自分のタイミングで箸休め出来るのはいいですね。

柔らかく癖のないジューシーな香潤鶏は柿との相性も◎

■黒毛和牛ソトヒラ牛カツ いちじくソース
モモの中でも一番硬いソトヒラは、一番動かす筋肉なので味が濃いのが特徴。硬さ以上に旨味の塊のソトヒラを牛カツに。
■黒毛和牛ヘレ A5ランプ 食べ比べ
目の前でフランベ、好みのミディアムレアで頂きました。フォークで避ける柔らかさ。
■北海道産秋刀魚と新潟県産揚げ舞茸の炊き込みご飯
ほんのり秋刀魚の苦味と舞茸の食感が◎
■鉄板で焼き上げる生銅鑼焼き
鉄板でふわふわ食感に焼き上げた生地にイチジクと生クリーム、あんこを挟んだ生銅鑼焼き。この〆はいいなぁ〜
お肉だけでなく海鮮も楽しめるコース内容にお腹もココロも満足。
