We are confident in the quality of the beef we use! Our proud "Beef Hotpot Course" uses rib roast, a premium cut with finely textured meat and marbled fat. The "Seared Wagyu Beef" served as a course or a la carte is made from carefully selected Wagyu beef, carefully grilled in-house. Please also try the "Steak of the Day," which is the best recommendation of the day. The diced "fillet" served with the lunch and dinner set meals is specially provided by us and is the same material used in the hotel.
